Ushbu Maxfiylik Siyosati Plat-forma.uz mobil ilovasi (keyingi o'rinlarda — "Ilova") orqali foydalanuvchilarning shaxsiy ma'lumotlarini qanday to'plashimiz, ishlatishimiz, himoya qilishimiz va boshqarishimizni tushuntiradi. Biz foydalanuvchilarning maxfiylik huquqlarini hurmat qilamiz va ma'lumotlar xavfsizligini ta'minlashga qat'iy e'tibor qaratamiz.

Ushbu ilovadan foydalanish orqali siz mazkur Maxfiylik Siyosati shartlariga va shaxsiy ma'lumotlaringizning ushbu hujjatda bayon etilgan usullarda qayta ishlanishiga rozilik bildirasiz.

1. Biz To'playdigan Ma'lumotlar

Ilova orqali ro'yxatdan o'tganingizda yoki undan foydalanganingizda, biz quyidagi ma'lumotlarni to'plashimiz va qayta ishlashimiz mumkin:

Ilovada xavfsiz autentifikatsiyani ta'minlash va shaxsiy profilni yaratish.
Ilovaning asosiy funksiyalarini taqdim etish va ma'lumotlarni bizning rasmiy backend tizimimiz (https://plat-forma.uz/mobil/) bilan xavfsiz tarzda sinxronizatsiya qilish.
Tizimning xavfsizligini ta'minlash, firibgarlik hamda ruxsatsiz kirishlarning oldini olish.
Foydalanuvchilarni qo'llab-quvvatlash va tizimdagi yangiliklar yoki o'zgarishlar haqida xabardor qilish.

3. Ma'lumotlar Xavfsizligi va Himoyasi

Sizning shaxsiy ma'lumotlaringiz xavfsizligi biz uchun ustuvor vazifadir. Biz barcha tranzaksiyalar va ma'lumotlar sinxronizatsiyasini xavfsiz HTTPS (SSL/TLS) shifrlangan kanallari orqali amalga oshiramiz. Backend tizimimiz eng yuqori darajadagi xavfsizlik protokollari bilan himoyalangan bo'lib, ruxsatsiz kirish, ma'lumotlarni o'zgartirish yoki yo'qotilishidan himoya qiladi. Foydalanuvchi parollari serverga yuborilganda va tekshirilganda faqatgina xavfsiz cryptographic hash (Bcrypt) shaklida saqlanadi.

4. Uchinchi Tomonlar bilan Ulashish

Biz foydalanuvchilarning shaxsiy ma'lumotlarini hech qanday uchinchi tomonlarga sotmaymiz, ijaraga bermaymiz yoki ulashmaymiz. Barcha autentifikatsiya tizimi va ma'lumotlarni saqlash faqatgina Plat-forma.uz serverlarida (self-hosted custom API) xavfsiz tarzda amalga oshiriladi va hech qanday tashqi autentifikatsiya provayderlariga uzatilmaydi.

5. Bolalar Maxfiyligi

Ilovamiz 13 yoshga to'lmagan bolalardan bilib turib hech qanday shaxsiy ma'lumotlarni to'plamaydi. Agar biz 13 yoshga to'lmagan bola bizga shaxsiy ma'lumotlarini taqdim etganini aniqlasak, ushbu ma'lumotlarni zudlik bilan serverlarimizdan o'chirib tashlaymiz.

6. Akkountni va Shaxsiy Ma'lumotlarni O'chirish Huquqi (Data Deletion)

Siz istalgan vaqtda o'zingizning akkauntingizni va unga bog'liq barcha shaxsiy ma'lumotlarni o'chirib tashlashni talab qilish huquqiga egasiz. Buni amalga oshirish uchun biz quyidagi oson va tezkor usullarni taqdim etamiz:

Ilova ichidan o'chirish: Ilovaga kirib, yon menyuni (App Drawer) oching va "Hisobni o'chirish" tugmasini bosing. Tizim sizdan tasdiqlashni so'raydi hamda tasdiqlaganingizdan so'ng akkauntingiz va barcha shaxsiy ma'lumotlaringiz zudlik bilan serverimizdan butunlay o'chiriladi.
Veb-shakl orqali o'chirish: Quyidagi interactive shaklni to'ldiring. Shakl yuborilgandan so'ng, sizning so'rovingiz 48 soat ichida ko'rib chiqiladi va barcha shaxsiy ma'lumotlaringiz tizimdan butunlay o'chiriladi.
E-mail orqali bog'lanish: Biz bilan info@plat-forma.uz elektron pochtasi orqali bog'laning hamda akkauntingizni o'chirishni so'rang.

All communications and synchronization transactions between the App and our backend are conducted over highly secure HTTPS (SSL/TLS) encrypted channels. Our backend architecture uses industry-leading security practices, including strong Bcrypt password hashing, to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure of your information.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, lease, or share user personal data with any third-party services. All authentication, data management, and storage processes are completely self-hosted and operated securely within Plat-forma.uz servers.

5. Children's Privacy

Our App is not structured to attract, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from, children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal details, we will immediately purge this information from our secure servers.

6. Right to Account and Data Deletion

You have the absolute right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. We provide the following easy and immediate ways to do this:

In-App Deletion: Log into the app, open the side menu (App Drawer), and click **"Hisobni o'chirish" (Delete Account)**. After simple confirmation, your account and all associated details are immediately and permanently deleted from our server.
Web Form Deletion: Complete the interactive form below. Once submitted, your deletion request will be processed within 48 hours, and all personal records will be completely deleted from our servers.
Email Request: Contact us directly at info@plat-forma.uz to request account deletion.
